It's reported that a majority of rental housing in the state of Washington is owned by persons holding 1-10 units. Thus a large portion are "Mom and Pop" type rentals. Not surprisingly then, many rental owners are not acutely aware they are part of one of the most regulated industries in our entire nation.

Monthly dinner meeting - $20

Dinner meetings are held on the last Tuesday of the month at Club Green Meadows, 7703 NE 72nd Ave. (in the clubhouse, not at the Meadows Kitchen). Please call 693-CCRA for reservations. Each meeting offers a community speaker and valuable topics for discussion. Meet and make friends with others in the rental industry. Find out where people are buying supplies and services, and request a mentor if you are new to the rental business.

A staff of volunteers is available to respond to questions from landlords and property managers.
On occasion, tenants entrenched in complicated landlord/tenant issues are referred to us through government agencies. Our desire is to be available for the entire community.
